CertAlarm is a voluntary, industry-led certification program used to demonstrate product quality and compliance to ISO Guide 67, allowing you to market your fire and security products throughout many member states within the European market. As the UK’s only accredited testing and certification body for the CertAlarm scheme, we can assist you on your path to compliance by providing new test programs and certifications, as well as transferring existing national certifications to the new scheme.
- CertAlarm for Fire Detection & Alarm Equipment – CertAlarm is an ISO Type 5 Certification Scheme providing smart access to the EU Market by demonstrating that your product complies will all relevant criteria and can be used as the basis of your technical file under CE Marking and Declaration of Conformity Activities.
- CertAlarm for Security Products –With CertAlarm Certification, your security product or fire protection equipment demonstrates the highest level of conformance, exceeding many industry requirements and positioning your product for entry into new markets without the need to retest.
- Certification Outside the EU –The A-Tick and C-Tick Marking schemes are an alternative to CertAlarm, enabling you to complete your testing at any one of Intertek’s worldwide testing locations.
