Intertek Offers REACH SVHC Assessment Services for Companies Unsure of Their Risk of Exposure to REACH Non-Compliance

On October 28, 2008, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) published the first 15 Substances to the SVHC Candidate list. Manufacturers and importers with products containing these candidate SVHCs have mandatory requirements to declare SVHCs in products present in concentrations of 0.1% by weight within 45 days of a request for SVHC information.
