Intertek Win 5 year contract with Canadian Agricultural Insurance and Loan provider MASC worth over $1,000,000

Intertek has signed a five-year contract with the Manitoba Agricultural Services Corporation (MASC), a Crown Corporation jointly funded by the Government of Canada and the Province of Manitoba, worth an estimated $225,000 per year.
The leading insurance and loan provider MASC has been serving the farming community of Manitoba since 1959, supporting agricultural producers and rural industries to grow their businesses. MASC is represented throughout the province by 19 Insurance offices and 16 Lending offices, supported by approximately 150 part-time loss adjustors and 150 full-time staff of insurance agents, lending representatives, administrative staff, researchers, programmers and analysts.

The five year contract is a significant win for Intertek, highlighting the capabilities of the division and expansion opportunities in the region.
Intertek, Winnipeg, will be conducting a range of services for MASC including crop grading, protein testing and feed analysis. The quality determination services will be supporting the industry, and ensuring producers receive the highest return on their crops in the unstable world of commodity trading.
