When completing an AS9100 audit, auditors must complete a Process Effectiveness Assessment Report (PEAR) document after evaluating a company’s processes. This records the effectiveness of these processes. Effectiveness specifically evaluates whether the company is meeting customers’ needs and requirements, if they are delivering quality products, if they are improving continually, and if they are meeting their goals and objectives.

In this webinar, “Using the PEAR to Achieve Real Business Improvement,” Gene Morrison, Intertek Global Aviation, Space and Defense Program Manager will discuss the importance of PEAR, how it adds value to your audit, and how it will help your customers achieve success.
