Starting in late 2024, Ukraine began aligning its chemical safety regulations with those of the European Union by introducing UA CLP and, from early 2025, UA-REACH. UA-REACH (Ukraine Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) is a national regulation modeled after the EU REACH framework, aiming to ensure a high level of protection for human health and the environment through the registration and control of chemical substances.

To access the Ukrainian market, companies must comply with these new requirements—beginning with hazard classification under UA CLP and the pre-registration of substances under UA-REACH. This webinar will provide essential guidance for companies on how to navigate these regulations when manufacturing, importing, or using chemicals in Ukraine.
