White Paper | Regulation (EU) 2020/1245 to Amend Regulation (EU) NO 10/2011 for Plastic Food Contact Materials

Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles establishes specific requirements for the manufacture and marketing of plastic materials and articles. The regulation sets out the rules on the composition and compliance of plastics materials and articles, the Union List of permitted substances and information on restrictions on the use of these substances. Regulation (EU) 2020/1245 to amend Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 specifies a date to enter into force of 23 September 2020.
