Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles establishes specific requirements for the manufacture and marketing of plastic food contact material and products. It also establishes a Positive List of substances that are permitted for use in plastic food contact materials (FCM) and regular amendments are published to improve guidance and add new substances to the list.
