Compliance With Regulation (Eu) No 10/2011 For Plastic Materials and Articles Intended to Come Into Contact With Food
To ensure the safety, quality and compliance of plastic materials, adequate data on the composition of (intermediate) materials must be communicated via the manufacturing chain, up to but not including the retail stage. For this purpose, any plastic food contact materials imported and/or sold in the European Union should be accompanied by a Declaration of Compliance (DoC).
