UK REACH now applies in England, Scotland and Wales. Under UK REACH, if you want to import or manufacture above 1 tonne per year of a new substance you will need to first complete a new registration. This applies to new substances and Downstream User Import Notification (DUIN) substances at their respective deadlines.
